The Masked Magician Returns

The show causing the concern features the Masked Magician, a professional magician originally identified as Val Valentino. He breaks the magician’s code in order to reveal secrets of many major illusions, from the classic sawing lady in half to simple street-magic card tricks. As of recently, a second series has returned threatening to reveal more secrets and Valentino has been known to be the show producer.

iTricks recently revealed disturbing news regarding the show: An anonymous source reports that members of The Magic Castle have been contributing to the exposure.

However the charge about Magic Castle members is still an allegation. Yet if it is proven true, it would destroy the trust and respect that many magicians had for this organisation. Membership in the group is significant, and earning the chance to perform there is an honor that is reserved only to the magicians that proves themselves masters to the art.

Even though The Masked Magician has been doing his shows since 1997, magic is still incredibly popular right now. Look at all the new shows that have cropped up like “Ultimate Magic“. We have seen David Blaine, Criss Angel and our very own J.C Sum and Magic Babe Ning. Despite all those exposures to magic from people like The Masked Magician, magic is still pretty much flourishing!

Many people know that magic is accomplished through sleight of hand but still they love watching it. A strong performance style and presentation will still draw in spectators and fans.
